Also in Bridgeton, an Alco FA-1, originally SP&S
#858, bought by the LIRR in 1973. The LIRR used this engine as a
cab control unit. Not sure who this unit currently belongs to. |

In Salem, the SRNJ was not running that day, but
there were several old Chessie System hoppers with some still wearing their
Chessie paint. |

assigned there. Featured in this photo is CSX GP40-2 4403, still
in its Conrail paint. The 4403, 4405 & 4412 are all Southern
Secondary veterans. |
