Juniata Terminal E8s on May 9, 2002.  The excursion, called "The Legislator's Express"  was part of the 2002 Pennsylvania Joint Rail Freight Seminar, traversed street trackage in Penns Landing, Greenwich Yard, and the High Line before returning back to its origin.
